When your marriage reaches the point of no return, Covenant Divorce Mediation Service establishes a safe environment for respectful communication which will be certain to benefit you and your spouse.  At our First Coast Divorce Without War Center, the Covenant Divorce Mediation Service staff believes it is unfair to exploit families that are grieving, confused, or angry and when its members are most vulnerable.  We seek to help you achieve an honorable, sensible resolution to the issues that confront the termination of your marriage. Your emotional and financial well-being, as well as the well-being of the people you love, is of paramount important to our staff.

THE COVENANT --
You will be treated to a private, comfortable venue which encourages collaboration between you, both, to participate in an innovative process to a higher level of satisfaction than couples have been known to experience in divorce litigation. Both of you will attend every mediation conference at the same time.  Neither one of you will be able to drag out the divorce since there are no competing advocates for anyone to manipulate or mislead.   Our couples report that their earlier fear of the stigma gradually evaporates replaced by affinity.

THE DIVORCE MEDIATION SERVICE CONFERENCES --
Your first conference is free. Thereafter, there is a small $700 charge for the three conferences to complete the divorce agreement.  An attorney, who is an experienced Mediator, guides you as you make a smooth transition in reaching a mutually beneficial divorce agreement that best expresses the needs of all. Ultimately, the process is so popular because it respects the tolerance levels and sensitivity of the Children, Family finances, the emotional health, and the realities of day-to-day concerns.

YOU ARE IN CONTROL --
In this setting, the divorce agreement is controlled by you and your spouse, usually in no more than three hourly sessions. A Covenant Divorce Mediation Service Mediator guides the negotiations. The final divorce agreement will only be subject to the requirements set by Florida Supreme Court. Then, to finalize the divorce, Covenant Divorce Mediation Service offers affordable assistance in preparing all legal documents.
