ABOUT LYNNETTE J. CALLENDER Lynnette J. Callender earned her B.A. from Sarah Lawrence College in Westchester County, N.Y., and later, as a student attending Howard University School of Law, in Washington, D.C., she earned an Executive appointment as a Law Clerk in the Division of Administrative Law Judges. At the Division, her duties included serving as an Associate Editor of the National Labor Relations Board Administrative Procedure Manual. Just prior to graduation from Law School, Lynnette Callender's technical skills allowed her to complete a dossier on federal tax legislation while on assignment to the House Ways and Means Committee as a Congressional legislative assistant. Before coming to Florida Lynnette practiced law in the New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania Metropolitan region. She has served as a Local Affiliate Attorney in the Florida Council Against Domestic Violence. And Ms. Callender is a State Arbitrator in the Attorney General's Office.
